As a performing artist, musician, and songwriter, Terry Lynn Heller's compositions have been awarded by BillBoard and her music has been broadcast throughout the USA. She has also performed as a dancer and singer for ethnic dance ensembles in New York and Europe and has recorded in London and New York City.
She served as a Licensed Center Director and Teacher for the International Early Childhood Music and Movement Program, Music Together(TM), running her own Center in Manhattan. As a Music and Movement Specialist for young children, she worked for the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music in Park Slope, Brooklyn, and at Ramapo's Summer Camp for Children with Special Needs in Rhinebeck, NY. She received her degree in Interdisciplinary Studies of Child Development and Creativity at SUNY Empire State College in New York City. She is a member of ASCAP and LOCAL 802.
Terry also worked at the United Nations Development Programme in New York City where the critical needs for "Safe Water" and many social and sustainable issues for agriculture were clearly made evident.
